Quentin Rider

Joining in 2021, he guides Artnet’s technology, data, and product divisions, catalyzing milestones such as the beta launch of the Artnet Price Database, platform integration, and helping to re-establish Artnet as an authority in art’s data and media landscape.
Preceding Artnet, Quentin invested 14 years in finance at IHSMarkit, leading engineering teams and pioneering solutions for institutional asset and private wealth management. He presented to global executive teams, including giants like Santander, PIMCO, Charles Schwab, and TSX.
In 2014, Quentin co-founded a start-up venture with his wife, Hoopologie, an e-commerce enterprise that has attained prominence within the dynamic flow-arts industry, won numerous rewards, and gained global recognition. The company sits at the top of its industry today with 10 e-commerce platforms in its brand portfolio, Quentin remains an active board member.
Over the past 8 years, he’s enmeshed himself in cryptocurrency, studying, creating and exploring numerous applications in finance, art, and supply chains.
Quentin holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Oregon, enriched by studies in art and art history.
Jossie (Mann) Haines

Jossie (Mann) Haines is a tech leader with a passion for supporting women in technology, she began her journey with a Commodore 64 and transitioned into a notable career in Silicon Valley. Her achievements include key roles at Zynga, where she grew from Software Engineer to Director of Engineering, and at Apple, where she led the development of Siri music features for HomePod. Confronting burnout and gender bias, she shifted her focus to empowering women in tech, leading DEI efforts and mentoring at Tile. She now serves as an executive coach for women tech leaders, leveraging her experience to foster empathetic leadership. Additionally, she’s a prolific public speaker, with significant engagements including the Grace Hopper Conference.
Avinash Saxena
Co-founder of BarRaiser
Avinash Saxena is a co-founder at BarRaiser since February 2021, with a focus on building high-potential, diverse, and inclusive teams. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, he holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Physics. Before BarRaiser, Nash founded Roposo and served as the CTO of Zomato.
