Ron Hetrick

VP of Staffing Strategy, Lightcast

Ron Hetrick is a distinguished Vice President of Staffing Strategy and Senior Labor Economist at Lightcast, where he has been since September 2020. With a rich background as a corporate economist, including roles at the Bureau of Labor Statistics and as a director of data analysis teams, Hetrick is a recognized authority in labor market dynamics. He is a sought-after keynote speaker, frequently presenting his insights on economic and corporate data to large companies, trade associations, and local governments. John Morrow is a seasoned executive recruiter with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as a Partner at ON Partners since February 2017. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has been instrumental in ON Partners’ growth, a firm known for its innovative approach in executive search, focusing on diverse C-level and board leadership teams across various industries. Prior to this, Morrow held key roles at Calibre One and Nosal Partners (now NGS Global), specializing in executive searches in technology, healthcare IT, and sustainability sectors.
