A dedicated D&I advocate and public speaker, Jamila is known for her work in mentorship, leadership, and diversity and inclusion. She holds an MBA, CPA, CISA, and is an IWF Fellow, having completed executive education at Harvard Business School and INSEAD. In addition to her corporate role, Jamila is an adjunct instructor at UW Professional & Continuing Education, a board member at the Technology Access Foundation, and actively involved in revitalizing downtown Seattle with the One Seattle Civic Partnership. Her multifaceted career reflects her commitment to fostering inclusive and transformative business environments.

Warren Dukes

Vice President of DEI, United Way of Central Indiana

Warren Dukes, serving as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belongingness at United Way of Central Indiana, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in fostering inclusive organizational cultures. His human-first philosophy has been pivotal in breaking down communication barriers and enhancing cultural competence. At United Way, he has successfully implemented DEIB strategies, significantly improving employee engagement and satisfaction in DEI initiatives. Previously, Warren was a Sociology Lecturer at Purdue University and an Assistant Professor in Criminal Justice at Saint Augustine’s University, where he developed his expertise in diversity program development, unconscious bias awareness, and retention strategies. His approach combines academic insight with practical application, making him a respected leader and change-maker in the field of DEI.
