What is the difference between chatbot and conversational AI?
Conversational AI provides responses based on the context of the conversation, which can enhance quality hiring processes. However, a chatbot just gives answers based on some pre-defined algorithm. Chatbots are the less advanced version of conversational AI that is helpful in achieving short and one-way communication.
