Interview Structure of ERP consultant
Before interviewing an ERP consultant, it is essential to plan the interview thoroughly. Structured interviewing is crucial as it helps you ask the right questions at the right time, ensuring that all critical questions are covered adequately. To achieve this, I have decided to divide the interview into two rounds.
Round 1:This will focus on technical screening (45 minutes) to assess the candidate’s basic understanding of ERP systems, their expertise in a specific ERP platform, and familiarity with database management.
Round 2:This will involve a case study (60 minutes) to evaluate the candidate’s problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and knowledge of best practices in ERP implementation and optimization.
