    How To Obtain H1B Visa?

To be eligible, you need a job offer from a U.S. employer for a specialized role requiring specific knowledge. You also need at least a U.S. bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, if you have a foreign degree equivalent or relevant licenses, you may still qualify.

Once you have the job offer, your employer prepares a labor condition application (LCA) for certification by the U.S. Department of Labor. Afterwards, they file a Form I-129 with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). If the Form I-129 is approved, you can then apply for an H1B Visa through the U.S. Department of State.
